Service Delivery Standards


Once you have placed an order with Austech External Building Products you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your order has been placed.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. On average, most orders will take up to 2 working days to be processed once the order is finalised (excepting Christmas, Easter periods and other periods of high demand).


Prices quoted on this site are for pick up only. Australia Post can deliver your order to site, for an additional cost. Products that are too large for Australia post can be shipped via courier and these costs are quoted on an individual basis. Delivery is 1 to 3 business days depending on delivery location.

Acceptance of the Goods & Refunds


The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Austech External Building Products does not accept refunds for:

  • change of mind;
  • faults caused by the misuse in any way that contributed to the fault; and,<
  • a problem or fault that is completely outside of our control.



In the event of the cancellation of an order a non-refundable fee will be charged to cover administrative costs incurred.
