Expol Under Floor is designed specifically for insulating between the joists of timber floor homes and buildings.

Flame retardant polystyrene panels are 1.2 metres long and 60mm in thickness, produced in four standard widths to fit between most standard joists.

All panels are con-cer-tina cut on both sides to allow for compression of up to 20mm for ease of installtion, and to ensure a snug fit between the joist.

Expol Under Floor is ideal for both retro-fit under existing floors, and new floors.

The product has a 50 year warranty and has a minimum R Value of 1.4.
